Title: Embedding videos in posts

Note: html tags should not have any embedded spaces inside the brackets []
1. go to the video you want to embed (e.g. YouTube or PornHub), right click, and select <> Copy embed code 2. in your forum post, create html tags [ html ] [ /html ] (without spaces) and paste the video embed code between them [ html ]<embed code>[ /html ] 3. adjust the size using width and/or height (see below) [ html ]<iframe height=nn width=nn src=...>[ /html ] 4. add start and/or end times to the end of the link address (inside the quotes) if you don't want the whole clip (see below) [ html ]<iframe height=nn width=nn src="LinkAddress?start=StartTime&end=EndTime" title=...>[ /html ]

Is there a way to allow embedding video say from YouTube in a post? . Or do we not want to allow this?
Go to your YouTube video (or Pornhub video :whistle: ), right click and select "copy embed code". Paste this between html tags: [ html ]<iframe width="465" height="259" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/EXgDQz6bmiI" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>[ /html ] (without spaces in html tags)
You don't need the title attribute and the size will probably need to be reduced. Try width="560" height="340" which still gives you a good size (I went a little smaller).
I could add an "Insert HTML" button to the posting page, but it would require programming mods. Feel free to add it to the Suggestion Thread.

You can also specify start and end times by adding ?start=nn&end=nn inside the quotes of the embedded link.
To only show time 20 through 25, the above example would be modified to look like: [ html ]<iframe width="465" height="259" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/EXgDQz6bmiI?start=20&end=25" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>[ /html ] (without spaces in html tags)
