Notify by email every time you receive a personal message - Users can choose to receive email notification about all personal messages, or only about personal messages from buddies. It is also possible to disable all email notifications about personal messages.

Profile > Modify profile > "Notify by email every time you receive a personal message:" Never, Always, From buddies only

     As a test, I sent a PM to Ceej to see if he got the email notification from the PM. He replied that he did, so we both got the email notifications from these PMs. You might want to check to see if your ISP might have The Doll Bar & Grill blacklisted as a porn site, or check your mail client.

     I will send you a PM from the Arimecibo forums. See if you get the PM email notification from there.

I did get the notification for the PM from Arimecibo.

I also WAS getting notifications from here 'way back' last September. I told Z in chat.

Stupid 'puter trix.

FWIW, my email server is gmail. Are either you or Ceej getting your successful notifications on gmail? Anybody else?

I have G-mail. I get notifications but they come in my starred folder. Not my inbox. Look in all your folders to see if it is hiding in one of them.

     I have gmail account, but I never use it. My ISP is using SmarterMail (https://www.smartertools.com/smartermail/webmail-client) on their end.

     On my end, I use either the mail client that came with Windows 10 (and Windows 11, but I seldom boot up Windows 11) or WinMail that came with Windows Vista. My other computer has Windows 7 and the Windows Vista WinMail client, but I have not even turned it on in about six months.

     To err is human. To really foul things up, you need a computer.

I use hotmail and for some reason, some of my PM notifications go to my junk mail, while others go to my in-box, so I always check my junk mail as well.

I just received a notification. First one since September '21 although there have been other PMs in the mean time. If 'someone' knows what 'changed', I'd be curious.
