All I can say is, there are a few "filter" websites out there now, a lot of women are using them to drastically "improve" their looks.
But many often end up looking completely different than what they really look like.
So. I think it's either that, or a simply a photo grabbed off the net to use as a profile pic.

Possibly her but maybe not so recent. Too bad you can't see the the metadata from the original picture.
Then again, a scam is a definite probability possibility. C:-)
