Title: Instant Pot Mississipi Short Ribs.

For me, the instant pot was a game changer. I know it's not for everyone , and when I bought mine, I was convinced that I would use it once and then chuck it back in the cupboard to collect dust.
As it turns out, I took to this thing like CJ on a cold winters night. I also found Jeffery Eisner's Pressure Luck cooking channel on YouTube , that took the mystery out of using this thing. :whistle:
If you decide to watch this video, trust me that whatever he says is pretty much spot on.
Now I will admit he has become a bit of a corporate man-whore with his product endorsements, but hey! That's capitalism. That is the way the world is supposed to work.
