Title: The Boss.
Post by: Smoke on September 01, 2021, 02:35:52 PM: "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss."

No , she's not the new boss. she is the same old boss. Of course we are talking about a harem boss . She has her own harem and their antics will be posted in the lounge on the thread, CJ's Harem.

This thread is just for her. I call her "The Boss" because much of my life revolves around her. I consider her my number one. She loves to kick my ass ,whether I need it or not. It's really a love/hate relationship. I love her and she hates me, and I'm pretty much at her beck and call. Just the way it should be. ;D

She may bitch me out in public from time to time. Don't be alarmed. That is just the way it is living with, The Boss. ::)

Post by: Smoke on November 05, 2021, 12:46:16 PM: Well , It's hockey season again here in Canookistan and The Boss is on the warpath . After a slow start , The Buds have how won 4 in a row, squeaking by The Bolts 2 -1 in overtime last night.
Saturday night they play their nemesis The Boston Bruisers in Toronto.

Every time there is a meeting with The Hockey Gawds , (sometime before each game) the door is shut and I hear a lot of muffled buzzing.

Now get the hell out! The meeting is about to start!

I'm not exactly sure what effect this has on the ~~outcum~~ outcome of the game, but so far it has been working. ::)

Post by: Smoke on May 19, 2023, 02:18:16 PM: It's crazy what we get used too and how resistant to change we can be. ::)

A couple of years ago now my main PC that was running windows 7, that I had for 10 years plus gave up the ghost. I decided that I wasn't giving Microsoft another dime (yes I know about the so called windows 10 free upgrade) and went completely open source. I switched to Linux Mint and haven't looked back. . Yes there has been a learning curve but it has been so worth it. My resistance to change prevented me from not doing this years ago. Plus from what I have researched Linux has been converting Windows users with versions like Mint that make the switch much easier. Mint is not however without it's limitations.

One hurtle I encountered was an android emulator I used to run on windows 7 called bluestacks. There is no Linux version of this program. The only reason I was running this program was so that I could run FaceApp on Windows. I have FaceApp on my phone but the screen is too small for my liking and trying to get a good feel for what is happening proved to be unsatisfactory. ???

After a couple of years of not being able to run FaceApp to my satisfaction, and after a bunch more research it hit me. They have these things called tablets that have a much larger screen then a phone and run the Android operating system . Eureka!! ;D

Amazon.ca to the rescue! After figuring out how to setup bluetooth on my Linux machine, I can now transfer pics back and fourth from PC to tablet and edit with FaceApp to my hearts content. You can still teach an old dog new tricks. It just takes a lot longer. :oldman:

All she said was: " It took you long enough" CJ however approves this post. :thumb:

F/O Crystal Jenna call sign " Princess" of 445 Wolverine AW fighter squadron.

Pictured here on the flight line beside an AVRO CF-100 MK 4B Canuck of 432 Black Cougar squadron

This photo was taken June 1955 when she was on loan to 432 as a flight instructor for new Canuck pilots.

Oh Shit!!! Here comes the C. O. !!! Fuck!!

Flying Officer Jenna!! I need to have a word with you!!!

Yes Sir!

Have you flown Sabers Princess?

Yes sir, my first squadron assignment was flying Sabers ,sir.

Then you know why we have problems getting men who want to fly Clunks.

Yes Sir!!!

Well, let me remind you why anyway!!

Of course, Sir!!!

It's big, It's heavy , it fly's like a Lead Sled, you freeze your ass off at altitude on long flights, you have to be willing to fly any time of day or night,in the shittiest weather with zero visibility.

Yes Sir!.I'm not sure why men would want to fly the Clunk, Sir!!!

If I had my druthers, I'd be flying Sabers too.

Yes Sir!!

So can you tell me, why in the last month since you arrived and began training, we have had a 150 % increase in new pilots wanting to fly Clunks?

No Sir.

Well I can!!! Flying Officer Crystal Jenna!

Yes Sir!!

AS YOU WERE! And that is an order!!

Yes Sir!!!!

We discovered a time traveling worm hole that leads to a parallel universe in the basement behind the furnace.

All these years we just though it was the hole for the sump pump. Go figure,eh? :P
