Sino silicone doll deflating breast,solutions&advise please

Sino doll breasts are known for deflating !!! 

So does anyone know whether the breasts are air filled, partially filled with gel or fully gel filled ?

Bentley chemicals do a shore 10 silicone here in the UK which if the breasts are air filled I propose to inject this rather the reinflate with air

So if anyone can say how these breasts are filled I would be grateful for your input "plus hands on"   experiences with the breasts and all of the above ..

I know relatively nothing of Sino dolls, but from my limited exposure to Chinese silicone, it doesn't feel to be the same as American silicone (my opinion).  I have been told that they use platinum-cure silicone, but China is not known for their accuracy of information or quality control.  I would recommend compatibility testing of materials before attempting a repair.  Last thing we would want is a reaction like melting from incompatible materials.

Dee's Dollhouse (HH) brought a couple Sino dolls to DollLAPalooza last time and after careful inspection (aka groping ), I would say the breasts are not air filled.  They did feel incredibly soft and nice, though.

Hopefully he (HH) or some other Sino aficionado will chime in here soon.  Good luck!

Thanks for the input, Sino dolls are platinum silicone and very soft and incredibly hard wearing . 
The only fault ,which is very common, is the deflating breasts.

When HH was on the forums he helped me with some gel refill from Sino but sadly they need doing again as there was not enough.
This is why I propose to buy a larger amount of the afore mentioned gel here in the UK, not to increase size but just to fully fill
HH was unable to get confirmation on any of the puzzles above, air or gel .

Sadly HH has disappeared from the forums ,a great loss as he is a nice bloke and takes drooling type photos of his dolls , perhaps he will pop in if he sees this

Here, HH goes by Dees dollhouse.  He is really busy but still around.  We are hoping to see him this weekend.
