Ginger's Retirement
« on: July 06, 2025, 10:06:01 AM »
This post is a little more timely.

A little over a year ago I stepped on a plane to move overseas. This was the second major move of house for me since I had gotten into the doll hobby. After the conclusion of my first move with dolls in 2020, everything and every doll made the move just fine.

This time, I was not so lucky and I had to make the tough call for Ginger. It was a touch easier to decide since there are no more inserts for a doll like her and she had long since retired functionally as well. I will miss cuddling with her, it was the best.
Trying to be better than I was yesterday.

Sorry to hear this, but dolls are finite and at some point you have to let them go.

It never gets easier.
