I’d be interested on your built-in to insert procedure.
I didn't take pics, but here's what I did:
INSERT DOLL CONVERSIONMy first attempt was to lube her up with baby oil and run a hole-saw in reverse. It worked, BUT didn't remove much material. Also, the hole-saw won't go near deep enough before the drill motor chuck reaches the vagina. It made a mess of the inside of her vagina, but very little TPE came out. No turning back now. It was insert or trash pile at this point. So I pressed on. Never underestimate the will of a horny man.
Skip the hole-saw. It was worth a try, but not the answer. What worked? A pair of small, sharp scissors, lots of elbow grease, and patience. My small hands (size 9) helped. Having an insert doll nearby helps, but not necessary. A working insert is, of the variety you intend to use. It is also your template.
Step 1: Enlarge the entrance. It will get bigger on it's own as you stretch it it, but not near enough, because you need to get your whole hand in there, so it needs to be big enough for that. Take care to trim around the edges, avoiding any vertical cuts. TPE stretches like crazy, but cuts rip. I should know. I'm a leading abuser of TPE dolls.
Step 2: Light. It's dark in there! How the hell do you see? Stick a flashlight up her ass.
Might not work with silicone, but TPE is translucent enough that now you can see without the flashlight in the way. Also frees up a hand. This COULD be the difference between failure and success.
Step 3: Dig the channel. And I do mean dig. Cut, grab, pull, slice. But be careful. I start to get careless when my hands get tired. That causes me to contact the OUTSIDE of the cavity with the scissors.
Luckily, none were serious. So, when my hands got tired, I took a break. LOTS of breaks. This is tedious work. After a few sessions, I noticed by back was dying. I was doing this shit on the floor, on a shower curtain, because I had used lots of baby oil for hole-saw lube. Talk about the unflickable booger.
Don't go there. So I moved the doll to the bed and slid my computer chair to it, thus saving my back but not my hands.
You need to dig a straight line. Stay near the belly. Avoid the anal cavity. When you get close, try the insert. Likely, you're not deep enough. Or wide enough. When the insert DOES finally go all the way in, is the hole open? Likely it is mashed shut because the hole still is not large enough, but before proceeding any further, it is time for step #4.
Step 4: Rim Job. Insert dolls have a "rim," which is where the insert seats. The inside cavity of an insert doll is simply a cylindrical hole with slightly narrower inside diameter that the outside diameter of the insert, ensuring a tight fit. This is what you are creating. So, the insert needs to "seat" about a 1/2" from the opening. Very CAREFULLY remove TPE about 1/2" back until you got a nice lip. When satisfied, return to step #3 until you can insert your finger DRY and come out without issue. I spray rubbing alcohol on the insert and cavity to help with insertion. Always have. Leaves no residue and kills bacteria. Vema has lasted 2000 romps.
Step 5: Test Fuck. Now the fun part. Be prepared for failure the first time or two, as she likely needs more work. Especially towards the back where she is likely Godzilla tight. Mine was. Even the front was not big enough. I needed to be rock hard to get in, but I was getting frustrated and going soft....
Luckily, that ass is right there.
Otherwise, I would have failed. So I relied on that ass to get me hard enough to go in, and 10 seconds after I shot it forced my dick back out.
If your hard dick can't rest comfortably, that hole ain't wide enough.

Clean her up and treat her like an insert doll. Because her cavity is not smooth, she will grip the insert much stronger and take longer to dry (because of increased surface area). You won't need a fish pump. Spread her legs under a ceiling fan, and she'll be dry in 2-4 hours instead of 1-2. Enjoy!
