For me, the instant pot was a game changer.
I know it's not for everyone , and when I bought mine, I was convinced that I would use it once and then chuck it back in the cupboard to collect dust.
As it turns out, I took to this thing like CJ on a cold winters night. I also found Jeffery Eisner's Pressure Luck cooking channel on YouTube , that took the mystery out of using this thing.
