Before you say it, I know, I know. This thread is useless without pics!
I'm still working through where and how I will host my doll pics before I can share them. I have a few ideas kicking around, but I haven't made a decision quite yet.
Ok, so it has been a very long time since I took delivery of a new silicone doll. If memory serves, the last one I received was in February of 2011 from a manufacturer who showed such promise but no is no longer making dolls. We all know that story. Though I have taken on several second home silicone dolls between then and now, these are the first new ones in a long time.
I stumbled upon Lusandy dolls in Smoke's and Ceej's threads about Cindi Rae. I was stunned by that body, how real it looked, and most importantly in that moment, how the boobs changed shape when the doll herself squeezed them.
I was sold.
No doll that I had ever touched that was silicone could do that.
As it happened when I went to the website, the first doll who greeted me was Naiomi wearing a 165 body. I knew I was in trouble.
Side note, I still want that wig!
Then I met Maya wearing the 170 body, and if I was in trouble before, I was done! Like, stick a fork in me done. Medium rare of course!
Choices would have to be made.
But then I thought to my self, "Self, you're in a good spot money wise." Then I heard Mahtek "Don't think, SPEND!" So I arrived at the totally reasonable compromise of:
In the years since I had last bought a doll the distributors had risen to power and I was reminded that they can often offer significantly better prices than directly from the manufacturer. So I once again thought to my self "Self, you should check to see if a distributor who serves the area where you live has what you are looking for before you spend the actually reasonable price at the official Lusandy website."
I looked everywhere and while everyone had Maya 170, no one had Naiomi on either 165 or 170. Yes, I was a little heartbroken, but Maya 170 would be quite the consolation prize. Wait, did I really just say that one of the most beautiful dolls I have ever seen is a consolation prize?
Enter Belle.
I started looking around again and it turned out that Lusandy was sold out on pretty much every distributor site. Didn't matter if it was North America, Europe or anywhere else. I did end up ordering from DollPimp.com. They had a price I liked for their "In Stock, Ready to Ship" dolls, even though they were on back order. Mild frustration with that but it ended up being one of the shorter waits for a new doll I have ever experienced. Once they received their allotment of dolls, my two new girls were on their way to my house in short order, and they just arrived!
There's more coming soon, including pictures in the next while, but I have to say that they are just incredible! I haven't been left speechless at the site of a doll in a very long time. I also never thought I would take delivery of two in one day but here we are! They might just have the softest doll boobs I have ever encountered (gel filled), they arr even softer than my TPE dolls with gel boobs.
I have some errands to go run, but later this evening they will get a bath and powder before snuggle time. Not likely sexy time tonight as they do need to warm up, and also get names.
Dang, I haven't named a doll in a long time.
